At a greasy rest, upstairs slightly northward, Bungyoke Aung San Market we share Htamin Lethoke as an excuse to lick each others fingers madly, the Kyazangyi Kaukswe sits on the table loverless, the rest of the diners marinating in our juices.
** Htamin lethoke: Mixed fried rice traditionally sticky and eaten with the fingers
** Kyazangyi Kaukswe: Large cellophane noodles in broth.
