Random Acts of Observation

You'll never know where you'll find the good doctor. Perhaps in line behind you at WalMart. Dining at the neighboring table. Returning a corked bottle of wine to the local supermarket. Stumbling out of the dentist's chair. But wherever the good doctor perambulates, rest assured that all five senses will be focused on the immediate experience and ready to assimilate any tainted data for another random act of observation...

Somewhere in North America

DR.ANONYMOUS

Why do we live in La Belle Province? (First in a series)

Why do we never see anyone working at Quebec road construction sites?

Why don't Quebec road contractors work on Sunday to alleviate congestion and speed up repairs?

Why doesn't Transport Quebec mark construction zones well in advance to avoid sudden lane changes and braking?

Why are Quebec roads repaired one year and already fecked up the next, causing further repair?

Why does Quebec attach what appears to be mosquito netting (screens) under our bridges?

Why doesn't also Quebec post caution signs in English to warn non-French speakers about road construction?

Why are Quebec taxes the highest in North America while having the worst roads on the continent?

Why doesn't Quebec mow the sides and middles of the highways any more?

Why doesn't Quebec clear streets and sidewalks of snow and ice until days after a storm?

Where does Quebec tax money go?

Whose pockets are being filled while Quebecers are raped and robbed of their earnings?

Why are Quebec Government officials such assholes?

Why don't Quebecers stand up and demand action?

Why, why, why?
